Optima battery hold down

How are you guys with the optima batteries holding it down in the battery box ? I had bought a new battery right before the motor was built and when I got the car back I realized the grey hold down adapter wasn’t there. I called optima and they send me some yellow pieces of plastic which wasn’t what I asked for and I just tried calling again and the lady was nasty and kept cutting me off so I’m done with that.

The hold down on the left picture is what I’m missing and asked for. So how are you all holding the battery down ?

That's the universe telling you not to run that battery.

They used to make a nice billet piece that replaced the stock plastic hold down. I don't know if it's available anymore.

Lmfao it’s the last one I’ll ever buy. I honestly don’t want billet. I’m not a fan of shiny stuff. I found a guy on eBay selling exactly what I need for 20$ and I’m about to just buy it and move along.
