hey guys ive recently made some changes to my 08 gt500 for more power, my previous setup was just jlt carbon fiber 127 intake, Vmp 2.5 pulley, Vmp tune, jba o\r x pipe and mbrp race axle backs with a mcleod rst clutch and welds rst 15" wheels wrapped in 275\50\15 MT e.t. street, average times during the summer were 11.8's @ 118mph 1.8 60ft..... stock 3.31 gear.
My new setup is VMP gen 1 tvs 2.3, 2.5 pulley,VMP ported elbow, VMP dual 67mm throttle body, 95lb injectors, vmp dual boost-a-pumps, VMP tune, mcleod rxt clutch, dss carbon fiber driveshaft, mgw gen 2 shifter. best time is 11.2 @ 123mph 1.69 60ft with ice in the intercooler resivor, it was about 80-82 degrees and kind of high humidity also still stock 3.31 gears both setups on 93 pump gas tunes from vmp. I honestly was expecting alittle more but maybe i was wrong what do yall think? it has not been on a dyno the tunes were emailed to me from Bj @ vmp, Awesome guys over there BTW!
