opinions on interchiller fans?

I'll be running a 4lb lower and 2.75 upper and am looking to keep the intake temps down...What is everyone's opinions on the interchiller fans setup?

im not an expert but my opinion on the fans are, at idle im sure they pull good airflow, but going down the road i dont know if it would provide alot of difference, but at the strip im sure it would pull some air to keep it cooler at the starts of your runs, and i think it may help with cool down times if you ice down and run the fans. radiator fan, intercooler pump with the truck off ect, that is if you have it set up this way.
