Opinions on hood stripes/ other ideas

Hi!
I recently added a pair of hood stripes to my car. The only reason I did this is because the Cervinis hood is just slightly off shade compared to the fender area. By doing this, it actually blended the paint and you now cant see the color variation. Opinions on the stripe look? Im not 100% sold on it, but dont want to repaint the entire hood/ fenders. Any other ideas on how to add a different stripe type? Thanks!!

Wrong location for stripes on any car. That looks like total ass. Foxbody cars look best without stripes.

I'm not a fan. I'd rather deal with the offside color than having those stripes. Save up ad have it repainted to match.
