I got my CHL coming in, but signed it anyway. Odd how Texas doesn't have an open carry, while the majority of other states do.

No the don't. Open carry is the minority. Only 11 states allow open carry without a license.
Town's in Texas cannot allow it. It's illegal per the Texas criminal code.
What does it mean to open carry? You can wear your gun like the wild west days - in a holster were people can see you are carrying?

Ahhh, good to see the gun lovers have made it in here. I've been hearing those quotes quite a lot lately from the people opposed to guns on campus.
