Owner's Manual Portfolio Kit

Like a DUMMY :bash: I managed to lose my SVT Owner's Manual Portfolio Kit.

Does any one know where I can get one? :??:

My Ford Dealer was unable to order one. They can only get the manuals and a Mustang Portfolio.

I found nothing on e-Bay.

I'm mostly looking for the black zippered SVT portfolio case, but will take the whole kit.
