Ran into all the issues you had and more. But if you call up Chad at on3 or one of his representatives he will tell you maybe you don't know what you're doing and or he has never heard of such a thing with his kits.( yet if u search the forum quite a few issues are common) Lame ass company that has so much potential to be better. Although I'm sure all their parts sell like hot cakes, but I bet he would sell more if he adjusted the errors in his kit and provided better customer service. I ran into the same issue with the wastegates. Mine spun. I actually had a new flange welded on my drivers side because it came warped. Grinding Down the v band clamp face only did so much. Even then I felt it was only clamping around the sides of the gate and flange, leaving a small gap between the mating surface of the bottom of wastgate and flange mating surface. If u look at a Tial it actually fills up all the space inside the clamp and pushes it down mating it to the flange for a proper seal. I ended up buying genuine Tial clamps to use with the on3 gates because the clamp was shorter inside, which pushed it down sealing. Properly. My driverside downpipe was fabricated incorrectly. The cut out side and the smashed side were flipped from How they are supposed to be. Which I had to take and have redone. Even then the downpipe a did not mate up properly to my x pipe, then they said I needed to use their x pipe. So I said what the hell bought it, and same shit. LOL The piping for the Intercooler was so wrong it wasn't even funny. Like off, way off not even close no matter how you rigged the pipes. Also had the pipes in my kit redone to be all one piece. My dump tubes didn't mate up to the wastegate properly, required a torch and bending. The best part about the kit to me was the manifold flange. I have a video somewhere, the holes were 1/4" off of the holes on the STOCK OEM FACTORY gasket. Lmao when I provided them with the video, they ceased all communication via email and calls. Ended up having to enlarge the holes so I could fit them on. In the end. Expect shitty and shady customer service ( which you can read reviews about all over). Cross your fingers you get a properly fabricated kit (they do exist and so do shitty ones what do you expect from the Chinese). My kit has about 4k miles on it and hasn't skipped a beat, the loud pedal is crazy fun.. Like many others have said before the install is a PITA and frustrating at times (when a small task turns into a huge one by no fault of your own). Only thing I don't agree with is the manifolds being "stout". Sure the flanges are. The actual piping is like every other manifold I have ever seen from China thin as hell. I think I've seen two members end up having cracked manifolds, not sure how many don't though, mine are fine.
