The on3 kit is installed and runs flawlessly, but I'm still battling with the leaking fittings between the replacement brake lines and the ABS unit.

Does anyone know what the fitting should be in the ABS unit itself?

I've tried a Russel 14x1.5MM to -4AN fitting and it doesn't seal. :-(

This is the last thing I'm needing to get the car back on the road!

Use the fittings they gave you. You will need to grind off half of the back of the fitting. This way the crush washers do all the sealing.....

Myself and a few other have done this without issue.

You know what, **** me. I've finished the kit and assumed I didn't need those like the 11tybillion other pieces that I don't know where it goes. I tossed them.

Any suggestion where I can get those copper washers?????

I think I used a couple 6.0 powerstroke engine drain plug washers that were laying around the shop.

I bought the crush washers from Autozone today for the larger fitting. It is categorized under a oil drain plug seal/gasket.

Picked them up during lunch. I'm crossing my fingers that this works. Wife is about to kick me out of the house. LMAO.

Just make sure you take enough material off the back of the fitting so it doesn't bottom out inside. You want the washer to do all the "sealing". I have 1500miles logged now and have not had any leaks.

Yes I would strongly recommend bleeding the brakes again.
