Went to the track this past Friday, and although I could not beat my previous best, I did cut a few good times. The best part of the night was cutting a 1.71 sixty on one pass. I know that's not particularly amazing for most folks, but I was impressed.

The only modification to the car is some roush mufflers, and the tires are 26" BFG drag radials with a couple hundred passes on them. I am quite pleased that the tires are still working.

From memory, I believe that pass was a [email protected]. I remember I trapped 112.64mph on two consecutive passes, and thought it was odd.

For some reason I was down 2mph all night long. I've trapped 114mph and one 115mph before.

I think it's very good considering they are YEARS old and 255's haha.

I had a set of 8 year old slicks I used on my 408 stroked fox, I thought there grip would be severely limited due to there age but they hooked very well. Your times are very good:beer:
