after a few thousand miles alot of guys are going to the mobile 1 0w-20 or 5w-30. i few are also going with amsoil as well. im wating for my redline 5w-20 to get here.
as far as full synthetics i dont think you can go wrong with mobile 1, amsoil, royal purple, or redline. good luck.

for the 100% correct weight oil, it says it in the Owners Manual. It doesn't really matter...i just buy whats cheapest :)

you cant go wrong with what ON D BIT said ^^

Motorcraft now has a full syn 5w-20. If not that the Mobil 1 0w-20.

i dont get this " OIL" stuff what dose oil do?

i mean i know it lubricates all the parts or some parts, what parts dose it lubricate and what dose synthetic mean.

can anybody spare some time to teach a young noobie? : )
