Oil weight for '96 Cobra with Vortech?

The car doesn't get driven in the winter. I'd like to use M1 10W-30 or 5W-30, as the local Big Box retailer sell cases at very reasonable prices, but won't go that route if not recommended.

SNAKEYE has seen nothing but Castrol Syntec 5W-50 for all of the 58K, Vortech-equipped, miles. It works for me.
Despite the difficulty, don't avoid removing and cleaning the oil injector nozzle at each oil/filter change.

The oil passages in the mod blocks are kinda small in size, might want to stick with the stock weight. BTW, I'm still using 5W-30 with my Vortech setup. Stock, non- rebuilt engine, 135K/ 30K supercharged.
