How does oil flow to the heads on the 4.6?? is there a specific channel that runs up the block ands into the heads?? thanks!

Oil is fed to the driver head via the small 1/4" passage at the front of the block/head from the hole leading down to the front main bearing/oil cooler mount bulk head.
The passenger head is the exact opposite, fed at the rear of the head (1/4") hole from the rear bulkhead/mains
