Oil Separator and Heat Exchanger…Thoughts?

How hard is the install for the Competition? Is there any cutting or is majority plug and play? I just don’t want to hack up my KR, and want the ability to bring it back to stock if ever required.

The installation for the C&R (Shelby) extreme and competition heat exchangers are the same, not too difficult. My competition unit actually fit better with slightly more clearance around the bottom corners. These are not plug-n-play units however. Relays and wiring included in the kit will need to be installed. I also felt it necessary to trim the driver's side air baffle for good I/C pump hose clearance, but it may not be required.
