Oil pump gears

I grabbed a set of billet oil pump gears and they don’t fit. Does anyone know the outside diameter of the gears that fit 4v housings? I measured 89mm on the billet ones and 83mm on the stock ones. I know the difference is supposed to be the width. Does anyone know what the larger diameter gears work with?

Call the manufacturer of your gears. I just received a 4v pump with Boundary billet gears in the mail the other day. I'll see what the paperwork says. I know for sure it has the clearances. I can't (won't) open the pump to measure the gears tho as it will void the warranty tho - sorry.

I have my old 2004 Marauder pump and can easily measure it for you if you are sure it's the same as the one in your motor.......Marauder was 4.6 4V!!

Well manufacture sent gears for GT500 gears. It’s all good now.
