I looked everywhere for this and the ford manual does not list the specs for the T30 torx bolts. I found one install guide that mentions 89 in-lbs.

I am starting mine Thursday and completing the VMP stage 3 install this weekend. I am glad you asked this now before I got stuck.

Bolt 1 to 89in-lb, stud bolt 2 to 18 lb-ft, bolt 3 to 89 lb-in, stud bolt 4 to 177 lb-in.

Then go back through and tighten them all more as followed; first bolt an added 45 degrees, stud bolt 2 an added 75 degrees, bolt 3 45 degrees then stud bolt 4 an additional 60 degrees. Hand tighten them first, obviously. Then go through that procedure.

The timing chain tensioner and timing guide bolts are all 89 lb-in.

Edit: nvm, read that completely wrong haha. Sleep deprivation ftw. I also am not sure on the T30 torque specs.

Edit 2: Torque them to 90 lb-in

Ford never put out a torque spec as they don't consider the pump a serviceable part. 89 in/lbs works fine though.
