Oil pan diapers ???

Who knows the requirements for a oil pan diaper , I think its 9.99 ET ? Also who sells them and how much$$

Depends on your track I guess. PBIR says 10.99 or faster on their website but they said nothing to me when I went a 9 and bottom 10's. A guy I know went 9.7 and asked them about the diaper and they said "that's for race cars" . I imagine they might enforce it at IHRA sanctioned events
