oil on all 8 plugs

Just pulled all my plugs and noticed a slight amount of oil on the plug thread area, I know this isn't normal but is it common ? I assume its leaking valve cover gaskets. Thanks dor amy help

Mine have all been oily since the first time I checked them at 3500 miles, and I'm at 23,000 now. I've seen a lot of pics of other peoples plugs on line and they all looked like mine do.

yes its common.....and valve cover gaskets would have nothing to do with oil on plug threas fyi

Ok well any idea as to what causes this?

Its normal. At least I have seen them lime that in every coyote. I think is anti seize.
