Oil in Plug holes

what problems would this cause? i have a fair amount in my #3 cylinder plug hole and im wondering if this could be grounding the plug and causing a severe richness problem.

It could very possibly cause a grounding problem. I had several leaking "doughnut" gaskets on my 97 after a fresh rebuild. The car never ran right. Ended up taking it to a different tuner and found out on the dyno that I had oil going in on top of my plugs due to those "fresh" gaskets that were installed improperly. The first thing the mechanic there told me was that the oil could cause a grounding problem. Got all the oil out and got it retuned. I also went back and had the gaskets replaced afterwards.

If the oil grounds it out, you should feel a dead miss. It is very possible but you should feel it. As far as the oil, yes change the gaskets.
