Just changed the wifes DD from JLT CAI (Fenderwell) to JLT RAI (Underhood). The CAI I pulled off was dripping oil what's that all about? Changed due to daily driving and monsoon like down pours had me worried she would suck up some water.

I'm guessing that the blow by tube (circled in red) was connected to the CAI from the passengers side cam cover. If so, the way I understand it, these engines are notorious for oil vapors being sucked back into the engine this way and through the PCV valve. Was the amount of oil in the CAI excessive?
