Today I installed a VMP 67mm throttle body. What a nice piece, but that’s not what this thread it for....when I removed the OEM TB
I was a little less than thrilled to see the coating of oil inside the elbow and particularly some gritty build up on the back of the OEM throttle body. The build up was also around the first fitting running into the elbow closest to the TB.
Can anyone comment on this being normal/typical?
