My oil filter is NOT coming off, so I'm thinking I'm going to take the oil cooler off and try to remove the filter and inspect it on my work bench. Question 1 is how difficult is this? Do I need to drain the coolant system?
Question 2 is about options. I've seen relocation kits and people using (I think) Mach 1 units to delete the oil cooler. Are these options worth it and what all is involved in these swaps?
