Who builds up a NEON? He never mentioned if it had a Neon glow kit.. I bet when they go cruising, they turn up the techno and homeboy sits in the passenger seat with some Neon Glow Sticks and does the Mitsubishi dance..

actually, as we all know with the turbo I can turn it up or down by the touch of a button on the fly..not sure if I will leave that decision up to him or not with the amount I run. I might just run 500hp since I shouldn't need much more anyway. why beat on the car if it isn't needed...know what I mean.
