Does the new bushing replace the rubber and nylon insert, or do you still use the nylon insert?

Very nice. I would consider this piece, especially at that price, a must have for any performance enthusiast. Confidence in shifting, and more precise shifts - are key ingredients!

If the bore and width of the MGW (or Barton) matched that of the factory steel arms, the answer to your question would be yes. If it isn't a match I see no reason why an aluminum bushing couldn't be made specifically for either of those shifters and perform the same function.
