OEM Navigation/Satellite Radio Question

I am currently looking at a 2007 GT that is equipped with the factory Nav system. Strangely the car is not "Sirius Satellite Ready" even though I would have thought with factory Nav the Sat/Rad would have come standard. Anywa, my F150 has OEM Sirius so I really want it on this car too.

Is this something that would be easy to add? Do you guys think the Ford dealer could add the Sirus Radio and approximately how much cost?

Well i'm sure you thought of this but just call the dealer and ask.

Is it just a Radio to allow you to pick up a gazillion stations? I rarely listen to radio at all except when its like Clark Howard.

I believe it is an extra connection in the back of the ready that is to be connected to an antenna box. If the radio doesn't have this antenna box then it is not satellite ready. Every radio from the factory has the connection it just depends on if the car has the antenna.
