Watch your OEM batteries close guys. I have an 07 with 14K miles on it. The OEM battery started to drag so i popped the hood to take a look and found that the acid had done some under hood paint damage. i neutralized it with baking soda/water, and repainted the damaged areas. In the garage it looks good. it will be interesting to see how it turned out in direct sunlight.

Yes they do ... I had to replace mine a few years ago when the original battery corroded the negative cable clamp. I replaced the battery with an OEM Motorcraft, and sprayed CRC battery terminal protector on the posts & clamps.
