I was hoping you guys could help with an odometer problem. So I noticed that the mileage on my car was going up pretty quickly for the amount of time I've owned it. So I did a little test and had my dad drive to the same place that I was driving to. For the same trip, my car read 9.7 miles where as his read between 8.9 and 9.0 miles. I have aftermarket 3.73 gears with a SpeedCal Calibration device. Do you guys think the calibration device may not be working?

That or its not set for the right gears.

Since your odometer is working, it would appear the connections are done properly, and that the Speedcal is in fact also working in some form or fashion. However, it would appear that it's not set for the right gears. You should definitely check your "dip switch" settings: http://www.dallasmustang.com/page/speedcal.inst.php.

By the way, since your odometer is off, I'm pretty sure your speedometer is off too. It's going to say you're going faster than you actually are. Have someone drive alongside you to find out how much it's off.
