odd noise coming from underneath

Starting yesterday I am hearing on weird noise coming from underneath. It sounds like clicking and squeaking at low rpm's, right when the torque is increasing. At freeway speeds 75+ there is an unusual vibration through the shifter, more than normal. My guess is that its the tranny or the rearend. I think more the rear, but I don't know.

Anyone know what could be wrong with my 121xxx mile Cobra? I am sure the tranny and the rear are both stock (and on their way out).

Thanks people.

the vibration in the shifter could be cause by a lot of things. the first thing to check out is the driveshaft and u-joints. you'll probably have to take the driveshaft somewhere to get that checked out. if the ujoints are going bad, they will make a clunk noise if you suddenly accerlate.
