Oasis Report

Hello, I am new here. I am looking at purchasing a Mach but Carfax shows it as possible odometer rollback. Seller claims it was a mistake at motor vehicle where they added a "1" by accident. This has also happened to a personal friend of mine, so it is possible. I was told to try and get a copy of the oasis report for the car.

Can anyone do that for me? Please let me know what information I would need to provide.
