o2 sensor tuning question ?

i made a notch in my exaust for the sway-bar, and noticed that the notch is close to the o2 sensor, my question is do i need to retune it? would it cause it to get a diferente readings?
this is a pic ( not my car but is similar )

no need to retune it, its a sealed system, i don't even run 02 sensors, with them on if your car doesn't go to o/l than you can run lean, I run o/l all the time
