So a long while ago I made a thread about my Front O2 Sensors not switiching (turning on) after the car was hot. My car was only operating in OL and would not go to a CL system.

If the O2 sensors have been changed with new ones and the Tune is not the issue what other problems may cause the O2 sensors not to switch?

Do you have longtubes? Longtubes can cause lazy switching if the heater duty cycle isn't increased in the tune.

I do have MAC longtubes. I will have to ask my tuner about that too. I also need to get under with a Voltmeter.

There's sort of a default value that most people bump the heater duty cycle up to in longtube tunes, but it doesn't necessarily mean it's enough. My car threw a slow switching on one bank after being tuned. I had to go back in and basically max out the heater duty cycle to get it to go away.

Good info. about the duty cycle. My tuner noted an issue with my front (only) o2's so I asked if my duty cycles had been increased so I don't foul another set.
