O2 heaters cycling? SVT tech help

Hooked the scanner up today and noticed that my upstreem O2 heaters (HO2S11,HO2S21) are cycling on-off in approx. 5 sec. intervals even after fully warmed up and cruising at highway speeds.Is this normal fo this car? Doesn't seem right to me. Any help would be appreciated

normal. upstreams are constantly changing. downstreams are the ones that should be steady

Snakeswinger, that is a normal operation of the heated oxygen sensors, the heaters are used to keep the sensors at a constant temperature.
