So last night i put on my off road h and after i started the car and let it run for a few mins there was smoke coming out from under the hood i could see it in front of the headlight. At first i thought it was just the wd40 burning off that i used to loosen then bolts but i let the car run and even drove it quick around the block and still smoke. Does it take longer ten 5 mins to burn off or do i just have a leak somewhere? I had an exhaust leak in a previous mustang and it sounded like crap but no smoke. This sounds awesome just smoking... OH AND THE BOLT I READ PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE HOW ITS A PITA, JUST GET IT FROM THE ENGINE BAY WITH A FEW 10INCH EXTENSIONS...SO MUCH EASIER!

maybe it's the coating on your mid pipe? mine smoked for a bit after i installed it and after a day or so it was good to go
It's most likely the coating they put on the pipe burning off, it will go away soon. Mine had an interesting smell for a few days after I put it on.
