We were taught in HS and Junior college ball, to come off the bag. Its somewhat of an understood thing as far as double plays go. Then again, I was a horrible middle infielder so I stayed behind the plate.
I watched this entire video on the edge of my seat waiting...and waiting...and when I realized there was no sucker punch coming, I became sad.
