mods r 98 cobra, 85k, K&N, short throw, pullies, stock hpipe, flowmasters, tune

the video is of start up after not driving for two days

Have you tried the stethoscope and removing the serpentine belt to isolate the noise?

No because it only does it at cold starts and I don't have the tools to do it in the parking lot , anyone have any ideas?

Kinda sounds like a bad hydraulic pump. Power steering, maybe.

Power steering doesn't whine or give me any problems

Hydraulic pump would be the power steering pump. Honestly, that's really what it sounds like, and it may not give you troubles, just have issues when it's cold.

It was inside the garage so it sounds louder than it was because of the small space

I think I have it narrowed down to the pilot bearing or throwout bearing, more pilot until I see if it does anything by playing with the clutch pedal
