Novi Blower in 96-98 Cobra. Small problem

Anyone experience this? It seems the blower is in the right position and orientated correctly but the coil is hitting the blower even with the aftermarket bracket. The coil is almost touching the valve cover so I cant even go theat way if I wanted to. Anyone have pics of theirs?

try flipping the coilpack around, IIRC you can mount it either way

Just clock the blower down more so it doesnt hit on the coild pack. Thats why the pipes are connected with rubber couplers, so you can move them. Worst case scenario is you need a hump hose.

I rotate the blower as much as I can and modified the connector so the wires come out the bottom. I was more concerned that there was a larger problem I didnt see because pics I have seen the coil had a lot of clearance but they were all Novi 2K's, this is a 1K.

just move the blower down a bit. I had to move my vortech too, its not a problem, it just isnt in the right position.

shit if you think thata problem put a power pipe on it, mine hit my cowl hood, and i couldnt fit my upper radiator mount on because of it.

I wasnt too worried about making it fit. I was just worried something on a larger scale was wrong. I didnt want to get to the end and be like "Oh fack". LOL I got it sorted out now.
