not tar but a platic bag melted on exhuast pipe

it turns out it was a plastic bag that melted on my h-pipe and not tar. anybody have any idea how in the hell i'm going to be able to get this off or do i need to let it burn off in time.

You can scrap it off with a metal scraper, thats what I did, it stunk so bad.

Happened to my Roush I had. I just let it burn off. Sucks ass man, but shit happens.....

Get some Cameo stainless sink cleaner and a Scotch-Brite; go over it once and get what you can to minimize the stink. Let it burn off; repeat with the cleaner.
