Not receiving email notification

Funny thing is starting yesterday I also started receiving notifications again.
That's how I knew to check this thread!

Been okay for a year or so, but once again while doing transactions I'm not getting PM or thread subscription notification.

While I am receiving email notification from subscribed threads, I'm not getting any notification from this particular and most important thread at this time.
