Well My friend Jimmy L found the problem in less than a minute. I don't know how I could of missed it. The vacuum line going to the egr side had melted on the egr tube! A five minute fix.

I meant to write in this thread before you took the car in but I got busy and forgot to. I was going to tell you to check the vacuum lines on the actuator. My '04 Cobra had the exact same thing happen to it. Very easy fix.
