Get some front runners and you should really pull them. Also, you have a good deal of suspension bounce. You may want to consider an adjustable rear shock, not the 50/50s.

Your got to be losing time somewhere. I went 12.1 at 117 on the stock tires with a 1.9 60. Given your 60 is 4 tents faster and the mph is within 1 it simply means the car is falling on its face somewhere. Did the run feel good? Any problems getting it in gear or the clutch sticking?

I agree. I don't mean to take anything away from yanking a wheel, but the sixty plus the trap does not match up with the ET.
