What is normal for the 6R80? Mine got to around 195* on the highway the other day and I thought that seemed pretty high considering its winter.

iirc mine runs around 189
Doesn't it run through your radiator? Shouldn't it be around coolant temp?
There is a separate trans cooler between the radiator and condenser and I think there is a thermostat as well

Mine runs in the 170's to 180's. I have a PA deep pan though.
Sounds like I need one of these.
