no i cant do 4k, you cant find a cobra in this condition for anywhere near that price so i dont think thats a fair offer at all. i am willing to negotiate a bit but i dont want to be lowballed.

How old is the paint job??? Have you ever had it professionally buffed out?? Looking at the side picture, it looks like with a good buff, it would look like a mirror!!!
