Im going to be replacing my stock wheels with 19x10 AMRs and am wondering if I will need spacers in the rear to prevent rubbing. Im on stock suspension if that helps.

your welcome. You wont have a issue with a "10 wheel fitting, although correct offset for the rear and tire choice can play a part as well.
