noob has a question

so i have a 2.8 pulley and and i want to run a 75 wet shot but do not want to put my fuel system in danger....so how big of a wet shot can i go before getting a bigger fuel pump and bigger injectors

Dude Ford GT pumps are 110 $'s a peice that is real cheap insurance if you ask me. I say ditch the eaton, and get a twin screw if you think about it a good nitrous kit will cost about 800 bucks and then tuneing, for another 2200 you can have a whipple. I know that sounds absurd at first but for what your getting its not a bad idea especially since you will probably do it down the road. And dont even waste your money on a ported blower, you'll regret it every step of the way especially when you find out all the hype about the port was wrong and you want to step to a twin screw and realize how far the money on the port would have went towards that purchase. Think about this, nitrous is iffy at best and a twin screw is always there.
