Non IC PD blower, P&P, IAT question

I'm trying to figure out some things for my build. I know that boost is basically related to restriction. I know that with my port work, exhaust, cams etc. that my boost will probably go down. My question is, will this also mean lower IATs since the blower will be working more efficiently? This is a non inter-cooled Kenne Bell 1.5 that I'm referring to.
