Nope. Rule 4 under street requirements. Kinda weird considering some states still so not require insurance. Also how do they keep things fair with historic cars not needing inspection. Oh well. Next race I will have all my papers.

You can fax it to the MIR office. I had to do this today because I forgot to make sure mine was valid. I left the number on your voice mail.
