who makes the HIDS and what year fog light set up are the for the h1 or the h3???

the HID's are from AutoXSport.com, and they're for the 9005 bulb for a 2000 L, not sure if they're H1 or H3.... all the box says is 9005 and it'd been a while since I bought them so i can't remember which one I ordered, but they do fit mine...
