Im thinkin about puttin my car back to stock can i use the NGK cooler plugs with the stock tune and blower set up?

Yes, they won't be an issue.

Yes. I have NGK Iridium IX HR7with a stock blower. Works great with or without a tune. Probably wont notice any difference driving, but they should last much longer than stock plugs.
