well I ordered 2 tires for my rear i decided to upgrade from 255 to 275-40-17 nexon tires. how much better traction will i get my rear tires on there now are kumos. thanks

The extra 20mm will help some though.

I did the exact same upgrade, I went from going way sideways in 2nd gear to just chirping them.

My experiences with Kumho are bad. Btw I think it is spelled Nexen- They are a good looking tire.

ya i looked at them online and they look like an older style tire that would hook pretty good. Im not a big fan of my kumho's either, butim getting the 275-40-17 Nexens for 110 a piece so i figured i cant go wrong with that.

Most who complain have the Supra 712s or something like that.

For the price, the Nexens are really nice. they are pretty quiet and comfortable on the road.
