hey,i have an 04 cobra and i had it for a year and the transmission gave up already :shrug: so i took it to the dealer and they dont want to take no responsibility whatsoever of it :fm: :cryying: its under warranty :read:

what can i do :shrug: im sorry this is not the way i wanted to join this forum by complaining about the dealership,can somebody give me some advice please thanks guys

A few questions;
1. Did you take it to the dealership that sold it to you?
2. Did you purchase the car new from this dealership?
3. If purchased used, was the selling dealership an SVT dealer?
4. Is the car modified?
5. Have you tracked the car?
6. What do you think is wrong with the tranny?

So far I've had my 03 Cobra in the dealership 3 times with no problems... unless theres real signs you abused the car you just might have to go around and find a dealer that will work with you
