Man, I've never been a fan of black wheels but that just looks sweet!
If you're tinting the windows, I'd recommend doing the tail lights too! Its looks good on a yellow cobra, trust me :D

Looks good. Did you check with Ford about installing the rear bumper inserts?

Funny, I was thinking the same exact thing. I don't normally like black rims, but it looks damn good with that Zinc.....

you cant tint 5 % in pa you will get pulled over once a week.DO 5 in the back and 25 or 30 side windows,and +1 on tinting the tails.

You can't do it in MD, DC, or VA but we do it anyway. It looks better!

If I am not mistaken PA law is the back can be as dark as you want but you can not have anything on the doors?

I think there is a sticky in the donut shop about tint. From what I remember, this goes a couple of years back, the back and rear sides can be 5% or spray painted for that matter, and the fronts were only allowed as dark as 35%? Could have changed?
